Please note: this property has two units. You are booking the main 3-bedroom home. A separate 1-bedroom mother-in-law suite in the back may be occupied during your stay.

Fightinville Greenhouse – House Rules We’re so glad you’re staying with us! Please review the following to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for everyone. 1. No Parties or Events This is a quiet residential property. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. 2. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (inside or outside). Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees. 3. Occupancy Limits Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior approval is given. 4. Shared Property Awareness This home is located on a property that also includes a separate, occupied mother-in-law suite in the back. The suite is completely separate and not accessible to guests. Please respect the privacy of the long-term tenant at all times. 5. Laundry Room Access The laundry room (attached to the garage) is a shared space between the main home and the tenant in the mother-in-law suite. You will receive the door code in your check-in instructions. Please be courteous and do not leave personal items unattended for extended periods. 6. Parking Parking is reserved and designated for both the main home and the mother-in-law suite. Please only park in the spaces assigned to your unit. 7. Quiet Hours To respect the tenant and neighbors, please keep noise levels down between 10 PM – 7 AM. 8. Respect the Property This is an older home with charm—please treat it with care. Report any issues promptly so we can take care of them quickly. 9. No Unauthorized Access Do not attempt to access any locked or restricted areas, including the mother-in-law suite or any storage spaces.
