Matthew was an attentive and courteous host. He communicated with us several times to keep us updated on our stay. The property is as described only better.. Easy to find, close to restaurants and shopping. Smartly furnished with an at home feeling . Comfy bedding and terrific shower.. Our pups enjoyed the fenced in backyard.. Enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Very nice, clean and well maintained. Had lots of utilities to use like dishes, washer/dryer, etc. Overall it was a perfect stay and would definitely do it at this place again!!!!!!

Due to some repair work required for our home we needed a temporary place to stay for a few days. Canvasback 110 fit the bill nicely. It is a quiet and comfortable place nestled in a growing community with lots of nearby shops and restaurants.

Our stay was perfect for all our needs. Home is very comfortable & pristine. The location is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Matthew respond quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and clean and nicely decorated. I was doing some cooking so the kitchen was very handy, and there were plenty of resources available for cooking. Because I’m from Lafayette and know the area, I know that the location was very handy to everything and safe. I will definitely be renting this property again in the future! Host was very responsive, pleasant and helpful! A+++

We had a great weekend stay at this townhome in Youngsville. The place was very clean, comfortable, and easy to access, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is fantastic—close to lots of great restaurants and everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

The stay exceeded our expectations. The host was super responsive and helpful if we needed anything. The place was very clean and asthetically pleasing. If your looking for convienance and privacy this place surely provides that as well with so many places to eat and just walk around the neighborhood. From pharmacy's, super markets to boba and seafood right up the block. Will be booking again when I need to visit the area!

Came to town for a concert at the Cajundome. Matthew’s place close by and very reasonably priced. House was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again. 👍

Matthew and his crew were so wonderful about the place and provided us with a great experience! The house was super cute, unique and incredibly spacious! The place is artsy, clean and super comfortable. Additionally, the pricing is great for all you are provided with. Matthew does a great job at communicating and we can see why he has such good reviews. I will be staying here again!
